These terms apply to rajpath.online (“RajPath”), which is operated by Rajpath, [BUSINESS ADDRESS TO BE CONFIRMED] [LEGAL FORM AND REGISTRATION OF THE BUSINESS TO BE CONFIRMED]. By creating an account or buying a note you agree to them.

RajPath does not claim to be affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to any examination board or government body.

[MINIMUM AGE / ELIGIBILITY RULE TO BE CONFIRMED]

• You need an account to buy a premium note. Free notes can be read without one.
• You can sign up with an email address and a password of at least 8 characters, or with Google.
• Each account is for one person. Sharing your account, or your sign-in details, with anyone else is not allowed.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity and purchases made from your account.

• Free notes can be read by anyone.
• A premium note is a one-time purchase of that single note. It gives the buying account access to it for six months from the date of purchase. Access then ends automatically. Paid access is not permanent.
• A purchase is not a subscription and does not renew or charge you again.
• Notes are read in the browser. Where a note has a study file attached (PDF or Word), the file can be downloaded while your access lasts.

• The price is shown on each note's page. The amount charged is set by RajPath's server at checkout, and the amount you paid is recorded with your order.
• Prices displayed are intended to be inclusive of applicable taxes, where applicable. Tax treatment and invoice details are subject to confirmation. [TAX TREATMENT, GST REGISTRATION AND INVOICING OBLIGATIONS TO BE CONFIRMED]
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. A note unlocks only after Razorpay confirms the payment. While a payment is still being confirmed, the note page says so and offers a “Check again” button.
• A checkout that is started but not paid does not unlock anything and is closed after a period of inactivity.

Refund requests are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. When a purchase is refunded, access to that note ends.

• Notes, and any files you download, are for your own personal use only.
• You must not redistribute, resell, publicly republish or share purchased notes or downloaded files without RajPath's permission.

The notes are study aids. RajPath does not guarantee exam results or selection, or that any note is complete or free of errors. For syllabus, dates and rules, rely on the official notices of the body conducting your exam.

A purchased note stays listed in My Purchases while your access lasts. If RajPath withdraws the subject or topic it belongs to, the note can stop being available to read. [WHAT RAJPATH OFFERS A BUYER IN THAT CASE TO BE CONFIRMED]
